About Us
Our Story
Jameson's Irish Bar has a rich heritage dating back to its beginnings as a modest bar in 1933, called Cherokee Tavern. Rooted in the philosophy of growth and community, the bar steadily evolved into a cherished venue for a myriad of events, from intimate anniversaries to grand weddings, serving as the backdrop for countless cherished memories.
Brian's culinary journey began as a chef at Pool & Yacht Club in 2001 where he met his wife, Mollie. Their journey eventually led to the establishment of Brie Cater in 2005. In 2017, Brian and Mollie purchased Cherokee Tavern and has since moved BRIE Cater into the restaurant where the team works together to create memorable experiences for restaurant patrons and catering clients.
In 2020, inspired by Brian and Mollie's rich history and Irish heritage, Cherokee Tavern underwent a transformation, emerging as Jameson's Irish Bar, embodying the essence of Irish hospitality and community spirit.
